Hosting: All data is stored in AWS Ireland (eu-west-1). Quote data, user records, and Stripe customer mappings live in DynamoDB tables scoped per customer.
What we collect: Per-user UUIDs, email addresses, last-active timestamps, and per-day view counts. We do not track individual quote views, only daily totals.
Waitlist: When you join the waitlist we store your email address, company name, which page you signed up from and the date. We use this only to invite you when your trial is ready and to see which companies are interested. Entries are deleted automatically 12 months after your last sign-up, or sooner on request.
Accounts & payments: For a subscription we store the account owner’s name, email address, company name and the email addresses or domains allowed to log in, for as long as the subscription runs and up to 12 months after it ends. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details. Invoices are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it. Transactional email (login codes, welcome mail) is sent through Amazon SES in eu-west-1.
What we don’t do: No third-party trackers in the extension, no analytics on user-level behavior, no data resale, no advertising network.
Data Processing Agreement: Available on request. GDPR-compliant by design.
