Quotelijst started years ago as a private joke at Traffic Builders in Almere. Tije kept track of the things his colleagues said. A text document. Nothing fancy.
At some point it became a ritual. Every new tab a quote, a little jolt of recognition, and back to work. Nobody planned for this to become "culture" — it just did.
Once we realised the ritual wasn't about the quotes, but about the feeling that you're part of something— we started sharing it. That's why Quotelijst isn't a tool. It's a small, daily reminder of who you are together.
